Foxcroft and Ginger

3 Berwick StreetSohoLondon

This strangely laid out yet welcoming establishment serving a rather unsettling array of pre-prepared food, such as banana, ham and Jam French toast!
With lovely little touches such as bent ceramic cups and brightly coloured plastic spoons (loved so much by the Guru that they are pictured above), a great deal of thought put into Foxcroft, which really makes it stand out from the other coffee establishments in this particular strip (known to us coffee freaks as a fabulous place to caffeinate) A great little set up, cozy, relaxed with friendly staff and a barrister that really knows what he’s doing.
The black coffee was perfect, a rare thing to hear a Guru mutter, let alone write down and display. Thick, it was rich in colour, and flavour. Nice and strong, but not so strong that I needed to punch myself in the chest to get it down the hatch. It left a lovely aftertaste, almost chocolatey, on the back of the palette, and I left caffinatedly satisfied, like all good gurus should be.
